Debabrata Saha is a research scientist who recently completed a teaching assignment in NIT, Karnataka, India as an Adjunct Professor. Before this, he taught for twenty-one years as a tenured member of a faculty, and, thereafter, worked as President of a consulting firm, both in the USA. He is a former Chairman of Washington DC–Northern Virginia Section of IEEE Information Theory Society, USA. His academic background includes earned degrees in (1) Science–BSc,Physics (Calcutta University), Technology–BTech, Electronics (Calcutta University), (3) Applied Science–MASc, Communication (University of Toronto), (4)Engineering–PhD, Computer, Information and Control Engineering (University of Michigan).
Rémi Léandre is Research Director at the CNRS. He has received the Rollo Davidson Prize and The Bronze Medal of CNRS for various works on hypoelliptic diffusions. He wrote about 170 papers on the two aspects of infinite dimensional analysis, that is the Malliavin calculus and white noise analysis, with applications in Analysis, Geometry and Mathematical Physics. He published with X Dai, X Ma and W Zhang two books in honor of J M Bismut in Astérisque (Société Mathématique de France).
Dr. Alexander L. Kalamkarov is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada since 1993, and Director of Smart Materials Centre since 1995. He was awarded PhD degree from the Moscow Lomonosov State University in 1979 and the Doctor of Sciences (Habilitation) from the Academy of Sciences of the USSR in 1990. His academic career spans over 40 years in Research and University teaching. He has taught in the Universities in the USA, England, France, Australia, Japan, Brazil and visited numerous Universities and Research Institutes around the world. Prof. Kalamkarov is awarded the CANCAM Gold Medal for the “outstanding contribution in the area of Applied Mechanics” in 2011. He is awarded the Fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) in 2002; the Fellow of the Canadian Society for Mechanical Engineering (CSME) in 2001; and the Fellow of the Japan Society for Promotion of Science (JSPS) in 2007. Prof. Kalamkarov is a Member of numerous prestigious International Editorial and Advisory boards and the International Conference Organizing Committees in the area of advanced composite materials and smart structures. Research performed by Prof. Kalamkarov in the areas of advanced composite materials and smart materials and structures is internationally recognized. He has authored more than 350 research publications, including over 150 refereed journal papers, 8 Research Monographs and 2 US patents. Prof. Kalamkarov has made major contribution to the fundamental analysis, design and optimization of composite materials and smart composite structures, composite reinforced shells and plates.
Ivan Bozovic received his PhD in Solid State Physics from Belgrade University, Yugoslavia, where he was later elected a professor and the Physics Department Head. After moving to USA in 1985 he worked at Stanford University,the Varian Research Center in Palo Alto, California, andin Oxxel, Bremen, Germany. Since 2003, heis the MBE Group Leader at Brookhaven National Laboratory, and since 2014 also an Adjunct Professor of Applied Physics at Yale University. He is a Member of European Academy of Sciences, Foreign Member of the Serbian Academy of Science and Arts, Fellow of APS, and Fellow of SPIE. He received the Bernd Matthias Prize for Superconducting Materials, SPIE Technology Award, the M. Jaric Prize, the BNL Science and Technology Prize, was Max Planck and Van der Waals Lecturer, and is a Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation PI. Ivan’s research interests include basic physics of condensed states of matter, novel electronic phenomena including unconventional superconductivity, innovative methods of thin film synthesis and characterization, and nano-scale physics. He has published 11 research monographs and over 290 research papers, including 30 in Science and Nature journals.

Viktor V. Dodonov is Full Professor at the Institute of Physics and Director of the International Center for Physics, University of Brasilia, Brasilia, Brazil. He received his PhD in theoretical physics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) in 1976. In 1972-1996 he worked as assistant and associate professor in MIPT and as researcher in P.N.Lebedev Physical Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR. Since 1996 he works in Brazil. Smain FEMMAM is Director of research at the University of Haute-Alsace France and responsible of the Research team on Signals & Safety Systems of Polytechnic Engineers School Sceaux France. Santhosh Kumar, Assistant professor, Kanchi Mamunivar Centre for Postgraduate Studies, Govt. of Puducherry, is currently working in the fields of Nuclear Astro Physics, Radiation and Space Physics, Ayurved and Vedic Science. Biography Karl-Heinz Gresslehner was born on 27.03.1948 and completed his PhD in the field of semiconductor physics in 1981 at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz. He was working more then 10 years in the industry (semiconductor industry, environmental protection at the state government) and 24 years as a teacher at a school for higher technical education (HTL). Since 2016 he is a professor at the University of Applied Sciences in Upper Austria and is the head of the research group Thermoelectricity. His main research fields are solid state / semiconductor physics, quantum mechanics and electrodynamics.
Henadzi Filipenka graduated from the Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute. For 5 years, he grew up monocrystals of yttrium-iron garnet on NPO Ferrite. He was engaged in powder metallurgy in the Grodno branch of the Kazan Radiotechnological Institute. He taught materials at the Grodno Electrotechnical College. Now a pensioner, 71 years old. Henadzi Filipenka fond of crystal chemistry, solid state physics and the philosophy of quantum mechanics.

Vladimir V Rumyantsev is a Professor in Nanophysics Department at Donetsk National University (DonNU). He is the Head of Physics Technology Subdivision at A.A.Galkin Donetsk Physico-Technical Institute of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (DonPhTI NANU). Prof. Mahmoud Abdel-Aty completed his doctorate in quantum optics at Max-Plank Institute of Quantum Optics, Munch, Germany in 1999. Joint Flensburg University, Germany, 2001-2003, as a post doctorate visitor. He received the D. Sc. (Doctor of Science), in 2007. He is especially well known for seminal contributions to theories of quantum measurement, nanomechanical modeling, highly non-classical light, practical information security, and optical implementations of quantum information tasks. His current research interests include quantum resources, optical and atomic implementations of quantum information tasks and protocols. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Applied Mathematics & Information Sciences (an International Journal, USA), an editorial board member for several international journals. B.G. Sidharth got his B.Sc. (Mathematics Honors), M.Sc. and PhD from Calcutta University. After working for several years in Quantum Scattering, Dr. Sidharth’s work entered on the fundamental problems facing Physics today.
