Prof. Dr. Md. Mamun Habib is a Professor at School of Business, Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB). In addition, Dr. Habib is the Visiting Scientist of University of Texas – Arlington, USA. Prior to that, he was Associate Professor at BRAC Business School, BRAC University, Bangladesh; Asia Graduate School of Business (AGSB) at UNITAR International University, Malaysia; Dept. of Operations Research/Decision Sciences, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), Malaysia and Dept. of Operations Management, American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB). He is the Editor-inChief in International Journal of Supply Chain Management (IJSCM), London, UK (SCOPUS Indexed). He accomplished his Ph.D. and M.S. with outstanding performance in Computer & Engineering Management (CEM) under the Graduate School of Business (GSB) from Assumption University, Thailand. His Ph.D. research was in the field of Supply Chain Management. He has more than 18 years’ experience in the field of teaching as well as in training, workshops, consultancy and research. At present, he is supervising some Ph.D. students at locally and internationally. Furthermore, he has several Ph.D. involvements with UUM, UNIRAZAK, AIMST, UNITAR, Asia e University (AeU), Malaysia; Assumption University of Thailand; Institute for Technology and Management (ITM) – University and Birla Institute of Technology (BIT)–Deemed University, India, National Institute of Technology (NIT), India, SOA University, India; University of the Assumption, Philippines. He also involved with online learning programme at University of Roehampton (UoR), London, UK. He is actively involved with national and international research grant projects. As a researcher, Prof. Habib published about 140+ research papers, including Conference Proceedings, Journal articles, and book chapters/books. He serves as the Editor-in-Chief/Lead Guest Editor/Editor/Editorial Board Member/Reviewer of more than 20 journals, particularly Elsevier (Scopus) and Thomson Reuters (Web of Science) Indexed Journals. Also, he delivers lecture as Keynote Speaker at 50+ international conferences, at various countries, particularly Taiwan, USA, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Turkey, Korea, India, UK, Australia, Italy, etc. He also serves as General Chair, Program Chair, Technical Chair, Organizing Committee Member, Technical Committee Member, Track Chair, Session Chair as well as Reviewer of numerous international conferences. He received Best Track Chair Award at IEOM’2012 Conference. His core research areas are supply chain management, production & operations management, operations research, research methodology, engineering management, technology management, and educational management. Finally, Prof. Habib is an active member of different professional organizations, including IEEE (Senior Member), IEOM (President, SCM Technical Division), IETI (Senior Member and Board of Director), IRED (Fellow), GRDS (Vice-President), IEB, AIMS, INFOMS, just to name a few. He is involved with QS World University Ranking and Times Higher Education Ranking as an academician.
DR. BULENT ELITOK is a prof. in Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Afyon Kocatepe University.He obtained his Doctorate in Department of Internal Medicine in Veterinary Medicine from the Firat University in 1999. After completed my doctorate on effects of some fore stomach diseases on liver functions at Firat University, He moved from Firat University to Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Dicle University as a Doctor Researcher in 1999.He became interest in large animal liver disorders and infectious diseases of the farm animals in there for two years. After two years in Dicle University he was appointed to Afyon Kocatepe University as Assistant Prof. Dr. Since 2010.During this time, He was Chief and head Doctor of Animal Hospital of Afyon Kocatepe University between 2005-2007 and from 2011 to 2014 for two times. He got a lot of scientific publish in veterinary area including metabolic disorders, infectious diseases, zoonotic diseases of different kind of animals.
Prof. Ramesh Chandra is an outstanding scientist, revered teacher and an exceptionally successful administrator, who excels in institution building and eminently suited to provide leadership role in higher education. He is currently heading Department of Chemistry, University of Delhi, where he is serving as Professor for the last more than 26 years and Founder Director of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Center for Biomedical Research, University of Delhi, since March 1991. He has been Vice-Chancellor, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi for six years (1999-2005); Member, Planning Commission, Government of U.P, India as well as the President of the Indian Chemical Society (2004-2006). Professor Chandra shows deep commitment to the cause of higher education and research and possess in ample measure, quality of dynamic leadership and a vision required for building academic institutions and first rate researcher in the field of Biomedical Science. Professor Chandra started his research career at the University of Delhi, thereafter he went to The New York Hospital-Cornell University Medical Center and the Rockefeller University, New York; State University of New York at Stonybrook, USA as Assistant Research Professor. He conducted advanced research at the Harvard University Medical School-Massachusetts General Hospital, jointly at MIT, Cambridge, USA. Over the last 38 years, Professor Chandra has contributed largely in the field of Chemical Sciences and particularly in New Drug Discovery and Development as well as Drug Metabolism. His research work is being used in the development of drugs for Physiological Jaundice/ Neonatal Jaundice and development of naturally occurring chemotherapeutic agents for the treatment of Breast and Ovarian Cancers, and drugs for Diabetes and Hypertension. He has supervised large number of (84 Ph.D. and 10 M. Phil) Students, in all trained more than 100 research scholars, who are now occupying high positions internationally. He has to his credit several patents, published more than 300 original Scientific Research Papers/ Review Articles in International journals of repute and six of his internationally acclaimed scientific Books. He is sought after speaker at several top universities in the world. Prof. Chandra is the recipient of several professional national/ international recognitions; these includes: Millennium Plaques of Honor (Life Time Achievement Award for Contribution in Science & Technology) by the Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA) for 2017-2018, Award of the Highest Honor of Soka University, Tokyo, Japan (2000); J William Fulbright Scholarship (1993); The Rockefeller Foundation USA-Biotechnology Career Award (1993); and several others
Dr. Abbas is a consultant general and laparoscopic surgeon and head of general surgery department at National Guard hospital, AL Madina, KSA. Assistant professor of clinical surgery / Tiabah University /Al Madina / KSA. Graduated from university of Khartoum /Sudan in 1982 and obtained the fellowship of the royal college of surgeon /Ireland 1n 1990 and the fellowship of the American college of surgeons and the international college of surgeons, USA. Actively involved in training of surgical residents and he is the former director of the Saudi council training program in general surgery at the National Guard hospital, Al Madina and examiner for the Saudi council for health specialization in general surgery. Organizer and director of the basic and advanced laparoscopic training courses at National Guard hospital, Al Madina. Member of the editorial board and reviewer in many international medical journals. Member of many international academic associations and societies of general and laparoscopic surgery and member of the international federation of obesity and metabolic surgery. Active researcher with more than 50 scientific papers published in different international medical journals. Recently awarded by the National Guard Health Affairs of KSA for his effort in consolidation of zero SSI and no harm policies.
Dr. Francisco Torrens is Associate Professor in Theoretical chemistry Research Unit at the Universitat de València. After obtaining a PhD in molecular associations in azines and macrocycles from the Universitat de València, Dr. Torrens undertook postdoctoral research with Professor Rivail at the Université de Nancy I. More recently, Dr. Torrens has collaborated on projects with Professor Tomás-Vert. Major research projects include characterization of the electronic structure of electrically conductive organic materials, theoretical study of new electrically conductive organic materials, protein modelling, electronic correlation, development and applications of high-precision mono and multi-referential electronic correlation methods, development and application of high-precision quantum methods, methodological developments and applications of quantum methods, molecular modelling and chemistry-computer applications for the description and prediction of molecular properties, development and integration of a computational system for the discovery of active drugs against AIDS, cancer pandemics and other microbial diseases of high social impact, starting an electronic journal of scientific-technological and gender spreading, computational design, chemical obtaining and biological evaluation of new antiprotozoal and anticancer drugs, prediction of the environmental impact of chemical substances using chemobioinformatics tools, discovery of new inhibitors of tyrosinase: computational design, synthesis, characterization and experimental corroboration, search for new antimicrobial agents that inhibit the synthesis of the bacterial cell wall and minimal active domains of proteins of the Bcl-2 family. His scientific accomplishments include the first implementation in a computer at the Universitat de València of a program for the elucidation of crystallographic structures, and the construction of the first computational-chemistry program adapted to a vector-facility supercomputer in a Spanish university.
