Dr. Michael has been a Registered Nurse since 1988 and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner since 1993. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Texas at Arlington College of Nursing, where she enjoys designing and teaching Advanced Health Assessment Graduate Program. She has designed and taught Holistic Health Assessment and Capstone courses in the RNBSN Undergraduate Program and Vulnerable population and health disparities topics for the DNP Program. Dr. Michael continues to practice as a Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Colposcopist, and has owned her own practice. Dr. Michael is serving as the Past-President of Texas Nurses Association District 4 and the National Association of Indian Nurses of America (2016-2020). She continues to serve as the past president and Chair of Advisory Board for the Indian American Nurses of Association of North Texas. She has enjoyed working with the TNA District 4 Mock Trial Planning Committee for the past 13 years and has served on their board. She is presently serving as Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing in the CRTF (Governance Committee) and is the Delta Theta Chapter Past-President. She has served as a Mentor in the STTI and Elsevier Foundation’s NFLA program. She is a Great 100 Nurse (2006). Dr. Michael has many presentations, papers, and posters to her credit. She was the University of Texas at Arlington School of Nursing’s nominee for Provost Award in 2006, 2007 and 2011. She continues to visit India to teach and research topics in Nursing leadership, Succession planning, Strategic planning, Non-Governmental Agency operations, Nursing Education, Curriculum design and Health assessment.
Mustafa ‘Mike’ Z Younis is an internationally recognized scholar and served as a member of the Executive Committee of the International Society for Research of Healthcare Financial Management. Dr. Younis has authored and published over 200 articles, abstracts and presentations in refereed journals and meetings, and has presented at national and international conferences. Dr. Younis’ coauthored articles appeared in leading journals such as “Nature” “the Lancet” and “JAMA” and European Journal of Health Economics.Dr. Younis has administrative experience as Chair of the Department of Health Policy and Management at Florida International University (FL, USA), where he led the accreditation efforts for the Healthcare Management Program. Prof.Dr. Gülten Kaptan ;graduated from Istanbul / Maltepe High School in 1977. She completed the university education in Hacettepe University Nursing High School between 1978-1983 .Between 1985 and 1993, she worked as a research assistant and lecturer in Cumhuriyet University Nursing High School. In 1989 she had master degree in fundamentals of nursing from the same university. Between 1993-1995, she worked as a lecturer at Van 100. Yıl University Health Services Vocational High School Nursing Department. She received Ph.D. degree in Internal Medicine Nursing from Hacettepe University Institute of Health Sciences in 1997. She worked as an assistant professor at Celal Bayar University School of Health in 1997 and served as an assistant professor in 1997 at Celal Bayar University Health Services Vocational School Nursing Department. In 2005, she had been assoc.prof.degree. Kaptan ,also served as the Director of the Institute of Health Sciences at Celal Bayar University and the Director of the School of Health at the same university and as the Manager of Nursing Services at the Celal Bayar University Educational Research Hospital. She worked as a professor / manager at Istanbul Arel University School of Health Sciences. She is still working as a vocational college manager at Beykoz University. Dr. Khamis Hassan currently works as Professor of Restorative Dentistry at Global Dental Center, Vancouver, BC, Canada since Dec. 29, 2018. Dr. Hassan earned a postdoctoral fellowship for advanced training in Operative Dentistry and Dental Materials research at Marquette University, USA in 1985. He also earned an MSD and Doctor degrees both in Conservative Dentistry from Alexandria University in 1979 and 1982, respectively, as well as a BDS degree from the same University in 1975. Dr. Hassan held several academic positions in several parts of the world including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and USA, as well as Australia and Canada. He has over 30 publications and several conference presentations internationally and has been serving as an editorial board member in several reputable journals. Dr. Hassan introduced two restorative techniques; both were meant to control the detrimental effects of composite resin polymerization shrinkage. He introduced the first in 1987 as a modification to the then-commonly used incremental placement technique which places successive horizontal increments on the gingival wall to fill the proximal box of Class II. The modified technique advocates building the missing proximal wall first by placing the first composite increment on the gingival wall and inner surface of the matrix band. Dr. Hassan introduced the second in 2005 as a modification to the then-widely used “solid” horizontal incremental technique which was utilized for restoring large Class I cavities. The proposed “split-increment horizontal placement” technique uses successive horizontal split-increments to restore occlusal cavities
Prof. Ubaldo Comite was born in Cosenza, Italy, June 14 1971. He has a degree in Law (1994) and Economics (1996) at the University of Messina (Italy), and earned his Ph.D. in Public Administration at the University of Calabria, Rende (Cs) Italy, in 2005. Dr Abraham Brown is a Senior Lecturer at the Nottingham Trent University, where he teaches business related modules at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He worked as a post‐doctoral researcher at the University of Stirling on several tobacco control and alcohol policies. He has also worked as a member of the scientific committees of the Health Research Council of New Zealand Health and the French Public Health Research Institute to review projects. He has published in public health journals such as British Medical Journal and European Journal of Public Health. Dr. Uqbah Iqbal is a Socioeconomic Researcher at Research for Social Advancement. Winning Second Place in Malaysian Historical Essay Writing Competition 2013, he was the recipient of Research University Fellowship Scheme, Graduate on Time Award and Outstanding Student Award from Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities as well as the Youngest Ph.D. in History Holder and the only Malaysian achieved a Ph.D. in History in conjunction with the 43rd Convocation of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Francisco Torrens is lecturer in physical chemistry at the Universitat de València. After obtaining a PhD in molecular associations in azines and macrocycles from the Universitat de València, Dr. Torrens undertook postdoctoral research with Professor Rivail at the Université de Nancy I. More recently, Dr. Torrens has collaborated on projects with Professors Tomás-Vert, Salgado and Castellano. Major research projects include prediction of the environmental impact of chemical substances using chemobioinformatics tools, discovery of new inhibitors of tyrosinase: computational design, synthesis, characterization and experimental corroboration, search for new antimicrobial agents that inhibit the synthesis of the bacterial cell wall, minimal active domains of proteins of the Bcl 2 family, development and application of quantum chemistry methods and techniques to studies of drugs, analysis of pores of BAX at nanometric scale and study of the in vivo antioxidant capacity of phenolic compounds through QSAR/QSPR modelling: crossing of the blood-brain barrier and interactions with cytochromes and drugs. His scientific accomplishments include the first implementation in a computer at the Universitat de València of a program for the elucidation of crystallographic structures and the construction of the first computational-chemistry program adapted to a vector-facility supercomputer in a Spanish university.
Siniša Franjić live in Osijek, Croatia. Primary and two secondary schools ended in Osijek, and graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Split. Thesis entitled "Legal aspects of information systems" was defended Summa Cum Laude and he become LLM of Law. Since 1992., he work as a journalist - freelance contributor to the first Radio Osijek of HRT (Croatian Radio Television), and then something shorter, among other media, he work for HTV - TV center Osijek, weekly "Školske novine (School Newspaper)“ and the monthly "Super Kino Video (Super Cinema Video)". In the academic year 2009./2010., Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Osijek (today Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology Osijek) he was appointed of part time assistant on the course "Computer Criminality". With Computer Criminality, he is studying a Medical Law and a few other legal disciplines. In Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Osijek he was participated in teaching of the courses "Computer Criminality" and "Legal Regulations in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science" and in the Faculty of Medicine in Osijek he participated in teaching of the courses "Social and Health Legislation" and "Medicine and Health Law". The successful defense of the doctoral dissertation on the topic from criminal law called "The Criminal Justice and Forensic Aspects of Computer Criminality", he received a PhD degree from the Faculty of Law of the International University of Brčko District in Brčko, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
