Professor Vladimir G. Chigrinov is Professor of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology since 1999. He is an Expert in Flat Panel Technology in Russia, recognized by the World Technology Evaluation Centre, 1994, and SID Fellow since 2008. He is an author of 6 books, 31 reviews and book chapters, about 317 journal papers, more than 668 Conference presentations, and 121 patents and patent applications including 36 US patents in the field of liquid crystals since 1974. He got Excellent Research Award of HKUST School of Engineering in 2012. He obtained Gold Medal and The Best Award in the Invention & Innovation Awards 2014 held at the Malaysia Technology Expo (MTE) 2014, which was hosted in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on 20-22 Feb 2014. Prior to joining the faculty at Washington University in 2001, Professor Agarwal was the Chair of the Aerospace Engineering Department at Wichita State University from 1994 to 1996 and the Executive Director of National Institute for Aviation Research from 1996 to 2001. From 1994 to 2001, he was also the Bloomfield Distinguished Professor at Wichita State University. From 1978 to 1994, Professor Agarwal worked in various scientific and managerial positions at McDonnell Douglas Research Laboratories in St. Louis. He became the Program Director and McDonnell Douglas Fellow in 1990. From 1976 to 1978, Professor Agarwal worked as a NRC Research Associate at NASA Ames Research Center and as a Principal Research Engineer at Rao and Associates in Palo Alto, California from 1975 to 1976. Over a period of 45 years, Professor Agarwal has worked in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Computational Magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) and Electromagnetics, Computational Aeroacoustics, Multidisciplinary Design and Optimization, Rarefied Gas Dynamics and Hypersonic Flows, Bio-Fluid Dynamics, and Flow and Flight Control. More recently, he has devoted some of his efforts in nanotechnology and renewable energy systems - in particular wind, solar and biomass. He is the author and coauthor of over 600 publications and serves on the editorial board of more than 20 journals. He has given many plenary, keynote and invited lectures at various national and international conferences in over 60 countries worldwide. Professor Agarwal continues to serve on many professional, government, and industrial advisory committees.
Vladimir V. Rumyantsev is Head of Department of Theory of Complex Systems Dynamic Properties at A.A. Galkin Donetsk Institute for Physics and Engineering (DonIPE). He is Professor of Theoretical Physics and Nanotechnology Department at Donetsk National University (DonNU). He received PhD in Theoretical Physics (1988) from DonNU and Dr. Sci. in Condensed Matter Physics (2007) from DonIPE. Prof. Rumyantsev has authored/co-authored 4 books, 2 chapters in books and more than 300 scientific publications. He is a member of the American Physical Society as well as Mediterranean Institute of Fundamental Physics (MIFP, Italy) and Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Photonic Materials and Technology (Science PG, USA).
Tetsu Mitsumata received his PhD degree in Polymer Science from Hokkaido University in 1999 under the supervision of Profs. Y.Osada and J. P. Gong. In this year, he moved to Graduate School of Science and Engineering, Yamagata University as an assistant professor. In 2002, he joined the laboratory of Dr. P. De Kepper of CRPP Bordeaux in France. He works currently at Graduate School of Science and Technology, Niigata University as a research professor since 2016. He has published more than 120 scientific papers (including reviews and books) and 11 patents dedicated to soft materials, especially magnetic responsive gels or elastomers.

Prof. Dr. Oluwaseun John Dada is Professorial Chair of Signature EcoSystems Technologies. He has worked over over the past 8 years on NanoScale materials, advanced materials manufacturing and applications, and over 10 years in Metallurgy and Aluminium Manufacturing. I have achieved Electrolytic syntheses, characterizations, and applications of novel graphene/nano-Carbons, resulting in Superior Electrical, Electronic, Thermal and Dielectric characteristics; also resulting in the Highest Capacities when applied to Lead Acid and Lithium-ion Batteries, resulting from higher Utilization of Electrode Materials, 1st to demonstrate electrode precipitation and dissolution mechanisms in the gel-crystal electroactive zone of the lead-acid battery; synthesized graphene also resulted in higher viscoelastic mechanical behaviour in graphene-enhanced epoxy nanocomposites prepared by in-situ reduction of GO by solvent evaporation and hot stirring. Synthesized highly scalable and diversely applicable crystalline pristine graphene directly from graphite, with high basal planarity using solid-state processes, or alternative colloidal sonication process. This has resulted in the high-performance graphene anode for lithium-ion battery. On the project on FSW, Dr Dada have achieved parametric analysis, 1st SEM demonstration of material flow pattern, and failure characteristics of Friction Stir Welds of industrial and aeronautical alloys. Experience dates back to Alussuisse owned Nigerian Aluminium Extrusion, a Laboratory Extrusion project, and AIRBUS FSW project at Wits University. Prof. Dada received PhD in Mechanical Engineering Nanotechnology Concentration at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong. Dr Oluwaseun John Dada is the CEO/ Director of Research and Engineering at Signature EcoSystems Technologies, Hong Kong. Prof. Dada was ORTg, Hong Kong PhD Fellow (Mechanical Engineering, Nanotechnology Concentration), Senate Representative, HKUST Sustainability Eco-Reps, Entrepreneurship Centre (EC) Venture Entrepreneurship (VEN) Program Manager, and Engineering School Board member at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). He was on AMSEN (Carnegie-RISE network) MSc scholarship at University of Witwatersrand, and won the AMSEN conference 3rd presentation prize in Nairobi. Victor Ryzhii is a principal researcher at the Institute of Ultra-High-Frequency Semi - conductor Electronics, Russia, and a visiting professor at the Research Institute of Electrical Communication, Tohoku University, Japan. He has authored or coauthored more than 400 research publications. Dr. Ryzhii has been a member of the Russian Academy of Sciences (since 1987) and is also an IEEE and APS fellow.
Dr. Kavitha Palaniappan is an Associate Professor and Academic Director at Newcastle Australia Institute of Higher Education, a wholly-owned entity of The University of Newcastle, Australia. In her capacity as Academic Director, she oversees the Business, Communication, Information Technology and Engineering degree programs that are offered in Singapore. She also teaches into the program of Bachelor of Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (BEnvOHS). Dr. Habil. Vaidotas KAZUKAUSKAS is a Professor at the Faculty of Physics of Vilnius University, Lithuania. He was awarded Dr. Habil. degree in 1999. The topics of his research work are carrier transport, generation, recombination and trapping phenomena in advanced materials and structures for (opto-)electronic and photovoltaic applications. Prof. V. Kazukauskas is/was involved as a team leader into the six large-scale international projects and other numerous projects. He was awarded the National Science Award of Lithuanian Republic, the National Science Award for the Distinguished Scientist, the Science Award of the Rector of Vilnius University and others. V. Kazukauskas has more than 380 publications, had delivered more than 60 invited lectures at the international conferences, and authored three textbooks.

Dr. Osman Adiguzel graduated from Department of Physics, Ankara University, Turkey in 1974 and received PhD- degree from Dicle University, Diyarbakir-Turkey. He studied at Surrey University, Guildford, UK, as a post doctoral research scientist in 1986-1987, and his studies focused on shape memory alloys. He worked as research assistant, 1975-80, at Dicle University and shifted to Firat University in 1980. He became professor in 1996, and he has been retired due to the age limit of 67; following academic life of 45 years. He published over 60 papers in international and national journals; He joined over 120 conferences and symposia in international and national level as Plenary Speaker, Keynote Speaker, Invited speaker, speaker or Poster presenter. He served the program chair or conference chair/co-chair in some of these activities. In particular, he joined in last even years (2014 - 2020) over 80 conferences as Speaker, Keynote Speaker and Conference Co-Chair organized by different companies in different countries. Additionally, he retired at the end of November 2019, and contributed with Keynote/Plenary Speeches to 12 Virtual/Webinar Conferences in the first year of his retirement, 2020. Dr. Adiguzel served his directorate of Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences, Firat University in 1999-2004. He supervised 5 PhD- theses and 3 M.Sc theses. Banu Oral completed her MSc in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at Gebze Institute of Technology, Turkey in 2004. After she completed her Ph.D. in the Department of Environmental Engineering at Gebze Institute of Technology, Turkey in 2010, she did her postdoctoral studies at the Centre for Advanced Photonics and Electronics (CAPE) at Cambridge University, UK in 2011. Currently, Banu Oral is working as an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Biotechnology, Gebze Technical University, Turkey.Her research studies are focusing on the preparation and characterization of thin film coatings via sol-gel process, optical and electrochemical biosensors, and applications of thin films as bioreceptor binding surfaces.
Dr. Hatice Duran graduated from Yıldız Technical University, İstanbul, Turkey with a BE degree from the Chemical Engineering department in1997. She was awarded a PhD in Polymer Engineering at the University of Akron, Ohio in 2004. In October 2004, she joined the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research (MPI-P), Mainz, as a Marie-Curie postdoctoral fellow. In 2008, she received a research grant within the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft SPP 1369 Priority Program. In November 2008, she rejoined the group of Physics at Interfaces at the MPI-P as a Project leader and she held this position until December 2010. Then, Dr. Duran joined to TOBB University of Economics and Technology (Department of Materials Science and Nanotechnology Engineering) in Ankara, Turkey. She conducts research on structural and functional properties of organic thin films, nano-materials, synthetic biological polymers, optical biosensors and functional porous polymeric membranes.

After graduating from the Manufacturing Engineering specialty of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, in 1992, he joins the TCM Department team in the academic year 1992-1993, as junior assistant professor. Immediately after graduating from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, he starts attending the courses of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of “Al.I. Cuza†University of Iasi, in the Industrial Management field, which he completed in 1998. Further to the graduation of the postgraduate course held between 2002-2003 by the Polytechnics University of Bucharest, the Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest and the Terotehnics and Terotechnology Association of Romania, he becomes national expert in general management and industrial management consulting. Throughout his teaching and research career, he published, as sole author, first author or co-author 35 books/chapters book/books as editor, 183 articles (28 in journals with impact factor, 41 in ISI Proceedings, 22 in national/international journals indexed by different databases, 34 in national journals, 58 in volumes of international conferences at national scientific events). He is the sole and first author of four patents indexed by Thomson Reuters (Clarivate Analytics). As far as research is concerned, he coordinated 14 national and international projects as project manager, member in other 16 research projects and proposed five projects at European and National level on the last years. Throughout his career, he received a TEMPUS and Romanian Government scholarship at Escuela Tecnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales, Universidad Politecnica de Madrid. Between 2004-2008 he founded and managed the Program Department of the “Gheorghe Asachi†Technical University of Iasi, Romania. Within this department, he created a master’s degree program in project management, which has been recognized by Project Management Romania, as providing valid training in the field. Since 2009, he is Editor in Chief of the International Journal of Modern Manufacturing Technologies (IJMMT), which is indexed by Scopus, Inspec-Engineering Village, Index Copernicus, Google Scholar, CNKI and in the process of being indexed by ISI-Thomson Reuters (Clarivate Analytics). Dr M.R. Jayapal received PhD in Synthetic Organic Electrochemistry from Sri Venkateshwara University in 2010 and did M. Sc. in Organic Chemistry from Sri Venkateshwara University in 2005. He started as a Researcher and Assistant Professor in Chemistry in the Institute of Aeronautical Engineering in 2011 and as a Research Professor in Chemistry Narasaraopet Engineering college in 2013. After that joined as a Research Scientist at the National University of Cordoba in Argentina from 2015 to 2019. Presently working as a Talented Young scientist in Yancheng Institute of Technology in China and Visiting Scientist in the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology in India. His interesting research areas are Materials Chemistry, Nanotechnology, Nano biomedicine, Electrochemistry, Electroanalytical Chemistry, Flow chemistry. Material science.
