The author received an honorable PhD in mathematics and majored in engineering at MIT. He attended different universities over 17 years and studied seven academic disciplines. He has spent ~30,000 hours in endocrinology research with an emphasis in diabetes. First, he studied six metabolic diseases and food nutrition from 2010 to 2013, then conducted his own diabetes research from 2014 to 2019. His approach is “quantitative and precision medicine” based on mathematics, physics, optical and electronics physics, engineering modeling, wave theory, energy theory, signal processing, computer science, big data analytics, statistics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. His main focus is on preventive medicine using prediction tools. He believes that the better the prediction, the more control you have. Thus far, he has written, published, and presented more than 200 medical papers.
Mila Jakovljevic has completed her graduation from the School of Medicine in Zagreb. In 1980 she has completed her specialization in Internal Medicine at the Department for Heart and Blood Vessel Diseases, Zagreb University HospitalCentre. She subsequently completed a program in Cardiology and Clinical Pharmacology in 1980.In 1979 she defended her Master’sthesis in Medical Biochemistry and in 1982 she hascompleted her Doctorate in Medical Sciences at the University of Zagreb in the field of cardiology. She is a member of the Croatian Cardiologic Association, European Cardiologic Association, European Association of Cardiac Decompensation(HFA), European Association for Echocardiography(EAE) and the New York Academy of Sciences. She holds the Homeland and Appreciation Memorial.

Dr. Javier Cabo pioneered the first Centre for Cryopreservation of Cardiac Homografts based on the Cryolife method in the year 1992 in Spain, and also he performed the first infant heart transplant in Spain in the year 1994, and also the first External Artificial Heart Implant in a child in Spain in the year 2006, the world’s first Artificial Heart Implant with an Artificial Lung incorporated
Dr. Brij. M. Gandhi, M.Sc.(Biochemistry) and Ph.D.(Experimental Medicine, Norway) is presently Chief Executive Officer and founder of Neo BioMed Services, providing services and consultancy in health areas and regulatory issues related to biopharmaceuticals, pharmaceuticals, including stem cell and regenerative medicine. He retired in 2006 as Adviser to the Government of India, Ministry of Science and Technology, Department of Biotechnology. Dr. Gandhi was involved in management, promotion and policy issues in biotechnology related to international collaborations, medical biotechnology including stem cells and regenerative medicine, infrastructure development, animals and aquaculture biotechnology, biosafety and biosecurity. Prior to that he was Research Scientist at AIIMS, New Delhi working on immunology of parasitic, bacterial and viral infections including amoebic diseases; hepatitis; liver diseases; In vitro diagnostics (IVD); food and nutritional health issues. Dr. Gandhi was trained at Massachusettes Institute of Technology, USA; London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, London,United Kingdom; National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, USA; Hvidovre Hospital, Copenhagen, Denmark; and University of Bergan, Norway. Dr. Gandhi continues to serve as Advisor / Director to a number of institutions / pharma and biopharma industries having an experience of about 51 years as research scientist, science manager, adviser / consultant and over 155 publications in national and international journals.
Dr Syed Raza graduated from Aligarh University in India in 1993. After completing his postgraduate degree in Medicine from the same university, he moved to the UK for higher specialist studies. He successfully completed MRCP and CCT and later also awarded Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh. He was awarded professor John Goodwin prize for outstanding performance in Diploma Cardiology exam at Hammersmith Hospital, University of London in 2001. Dr Raza is Fellow of American College of Cardiology , Fellow of European Society of Cardiology and Fellow of European Society of Cardiovascular Imaging. He is also on the committee of Acute Cardiovascular Care, Heart Failure and Cardiovascular Imaging ( European Society of Cardiology ) He is Review author for abstracts for European Society of Cardiology for the past three years. Obtained Diploma certificate in Medical Education from University of Cardiff , Wales in 2015. Consultant Cardiologist and Head of the department of Medicine at Awali Hospital, Bahrain. He is the regional educational coordinator and examiner for MRCP (PACES) exam for the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh. Certified Educational and Clinical supervisor , NHS-UK. He has to his credit numerous publications and he has presented his scientific work in different parts of the world. He is peer review author for some well respected International journals. He is American Board certified in Medical Quality and is involved in patient safety and quality improvement assignments during his current and previous jobs. He participates in key decision making for quality improvement. His special interests are Cardiovascular Imaging, Heart Failure and Acute Cardiovascular Care.
Dr Ivan Minic, student of Academic Doctoral studies, Dental science, department dentistry, Medical faculty, University of Nis, Serbia. I participated in several international congresses, the author of more than 25 scientific papers, a member of the editorial board of over 30 journals and reviews over 15 journals. I was a lecturer at the Oncology Congress in Berlin in 2018. and a member of the organizing committee at the international congresses in : Dubai (UAE); Houston TX, (USA); Vienna (Austria); Zurich (Switzerland). Ljudmila Stojanovich received her Ph.D. in Medicine, with the thesis “Neuropsychiatric manifestations in patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus” in 1999. She is the scientific director in the Bezhanijska Kosa, University Medical Center of Belgrade University, where she is currently a Full Research Professor. Dr. Stojanovich’s research focuses on Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Antiphospholipid Syndrome, and Vaccination in patients with Autoimmune Rheumatic diseases. She is an author of three monographs and of about 250 articles on various aspects of Autoimmune Rheumatic disorders, published in international and domestic journals and in conference proceedings. Armin Avan is currently the Director of Ghasedak Human Genetics Laboratory and Deputy Director of Ghasedak Cancer center, Mashhad, Iran .He completed his Ph.D. degree from VU University Medical Center Amsterdam . He was selected as best Young Researcher of country by 23th Razi Medical research festival, Iran 2018 and also Obtained “Chris Meijer Award” as excellent PhD student of 2013 with “Outstanding CURRICULUM VITAE Scientific Performance”, Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He also received HSP Huygens Scholarship as an excellent student in The Netherlands, for Master program at VU University Amsterdam, from the Dutch Minster of Education, Culture and Science, 2010-2011. Armin Avan received the “Scientific Gold Medal” from the International Federation of Inventors Associations-IFIA, Geneva, Switzerland, 2009 and was selected as a top student of country, Iran in 2007.
