Guoqian Chen, Founder of Laboratory of Systems Ecology and Sustainability Science at Peking University, China. Prof. Chen has a wide spectrum of research interests including climate thermodynamics, computational fluid dynamics, heat and mass transfer, renewable energy and resources, systems ecological modelling, ecological economics, global and regional sustainability studies, systems input-output technique. With distinguished contributions as marked by around 300 publications in prestigious journals, Prof. Chen has won a series of awards and honors, including Elsevier Atlas Award, Thomson Reuters Highly Cited Researchers Award, Thomson Reuters China Citation Laureate. He served as editor, associate editor or advisory member for 50 international journals.
Dr. Pow-Seng Yap is currently a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. He graduated with BEng (1st Class Hons) (Environmental Engineering) from the University of Malaya (UM) as the top student. He obtained his MSc (Environmental Science and Engineering) (Singapore Stanford Partnership Programme) from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. He received his PhD (Environmental Engineering) degree from NTU. He has received scholarships for all his bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD degrees studies. He also has working experience in both industry and R&D. He has taught undergraduate and postgraduate students from more than 40 countries, in the fields of environmental engineering, chemical engineering, and civil engineering. He has won several local and international awards. He has published various journal articles and presented his research work in international conferences. He is an active reviewer for several journals in environmental engineering and chemical engineering. His areas of research interests are advanced oxidation processes, adsorption processes, membrane separation processes, nanotechnology, environmental catalysis, enzyme technology, renewable and sustainable energy, clean technology, and climate change mitigation.
Professor Dr. Luisa Maria Arvide Cambra, Spanish is now Professor with Chair at the University of Almería (Spain) and she was Assistant Professor and Associate Professor at the University of Granada from 1979 on. Forty nine years of the teaching and researching experience. She is the Director of Research Group HUM113-Estudios Filológicos from Program of Research of Andalusian Government, where she has managed and directed several academic and scientific contracts and research projects, as well as a Member of European Scientific Institute (ESI) Team, Athens Institute for Education & Research (ATINER) in Greece, The Academic Genesis Platform (UAGP) in UK&Turkey and Experts of Academic Excellence Research Centre (EAERC) in Jordan; GI Social Sciences Forum (GISSF), in Malaysia; Akademica Nusa International Association of Social Sciences and Humanities, in UAE; Science Research Association (SCIREA); Academic Fora; Foundation for Social Sciences and Education Research (FSSER); etc. She is author of a many works on several aspects of the Arabic science and literature in the Middle Ages, as well as Arabic language and linguistics. She has also participated in different prestigious international scientific Conferences. She has visited a many universities and academic institutions of Europe, United States and Arab countries in order to teach and research. Among her works, we have the study and the translation to Spanish of some treatises of Kitab al-tasrif´s Al-Zahrawi, Ibn Qutayba´s texts, Maqamas of Al-Hariri, The Sicilian Questions of Ibn Sab´in, and the book on the plague by Ibn Khatima.
Raghu V. Anjanapura received his Ph.D. degree in polymer chemistry from the Karnatak University, Dharwad, under the guidance of Prof. T. M. Aminabhavi. Later, he worked as a Postdoctoral Scientist at the Department of Chemistry, University of Ulsan, Ulsan, Republic of Korea, and as R&D Manager at Fuel Cell Division, Reliance Industries Ltd., Mumbai, India, and PPISR, Bengaluru in the areas of polymer membranes for fuel cells, before joining as an Assistant Professor at the Center for Emerging Technologies, Jain University, Bengaluru, India.He has also received Brain Korea 21 (BK-21) Post-Doctoral Fellowship from South Korea. Currently he is working on project sponsored by Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Government of India. He has given many invited talks at national and international conferences and educational institutes. He has published about 70 research articles in reputed journals, one review article, and 32 conference proceedings. Presently he is an editor and editorial board member for several national and international journals.
Chongchong Qi is a professor at Central South University, China. He has been a technical committee member of TC309 (ISSMGE) andGeo-Institute Computational Geotechnics Committee (ASCE). He is an Editorial Board Member of SCI journals ‘International Journal of Minerals, Metallurgy, and Materials’ and ‘Advances in Civil Engineering’. Prof. Qi has published over 45 peer reviewed SCI papers and has also served as chair and committee member for several international conferences.
Dr. Seema Habib Isa has completed her Ph.D. at the age of 33 years from Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded, Maharashtra, India. She has been awarded with Honorary Degree of Doctor of Science for Outstanding Scientific Contribution in Chemisty by International Agency for Standards and Ratings. She has received awards such as the prestigious Adarsh Saraswati Rashtriya Puraskar by Global Management Council of Glacier Journal Research Foundation, Ahmadabad, Gujarat and “Women Researcher Award” by VDGOOD Professional Association in The Second International Scientist Awards on Engineering Science and Medicine. She is a Fellow of the International Association of the Science Impact (FIASI). She has published more than 47 papers in reputed Journals and has been on the Editorial Board for 48 National Journals and International Journals. She has also contributed as Organizing Committee Member of 18 International Conferences. Her areas of research interest are Organic Synthesis, Coordination Chemistry & Chemistry of Biomolecules.
