Dr. Naidu joined the EE Department as Minnesota Power Jack Rowe Endowed Chair in August 2014. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Control Systems Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). Kharagpur. Dr. Naidu taught, visited and/or conducted research at IIT (up to – 1985); Guidance and Control Division at NASA Langley Research Center (1985-90); Old Domain University (1987-90); Idaho State University (1990-2014) as Founding Director of Measurement and Control Engineering Research Center (MCERC), Associate Dean of the College of Engineering (1998-2010) and Director School of Engineering (2010-13); United States (US) Air Force Research Laboratory (1998-99); Center of Excellence for Ships and Ocean Structures at Norwegian University of Science and Technology (2004); Measurement and Control Laboratory at Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (2005); the Universities of Western and Southern Australia (2008); East China Normal University (2011 He has over 300 journal and conference publications including 6 books, and has been on the editorial boards of several journals including the IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control and Optimal Control: Applications and Methods. Dr. Naidu’s area of teaching and research include electrical engineering, optimal control, nonlinear control, intelligent control, industrial control systems and cyber security, biomedical engineering, and time scales in engineering, physical and life sciences. He is an IEEE Fellow and Fellow of the World Innovation Foundation, UK.
Virginio Cantoni is a Full Professor in Computer Engineering at the University of Pavia. In the period 2008-2011 he has been seconded to the Centro Linceo 'Beniamino Segre' of the Italian Academy ofLincei. He has been the founder and first Director of the University of Pavia's European School of Advanced Studies in Media Science and Technologyand Director of the Interdepartmental Centre for Cognitive Science. His research activity is concerned with pattern recognition, computer vision and multimedia. He is author or co-author of about 320 journal, conference papers and book chapters as well as editor or co-editor of more than 30 books and co-author of five books. He has organized many International Conferences, Seminars and Workshops including a NATO Advanced Research Workshop on pyramidal systems for computer vision. An Expert and Project Reviewer for the EU Commission and the Italian Ministry of University, he became a Fellow of the IAPR in 1994, Fellow of the IEEE in 1997 and IEEE Life Fellow in 2020.
Distinguished Professor Jie Lu is an Australian Laureate Fellow, IEEE Fellow and IFSA Fellow. She is an internationally renowned scientist in the areas of computational intelligence, specifically in fuzzy transfer learning, concept drift, decision support systems, and recommender systems. She is the Director of the Centre for Artificial Intelligence (CAI), which has over 200 staff and students working on over 50 research projects, and the Associate Dean (Research Excellence) in the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). She has published six research books and over 450 papers in Artificial Intelligence, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks & Learning Systems, Decision Support Systems and other refereed journals and conference proceedings. She has won 10 ARC Discovery projects and led 15 industry projects. She has supervised 40 PhD students to completion. She serves as Editor-In-Chief for Knowledge-Based Systems (Elsevier) and Editor- In-Chief for International Journal on Computational Intelligence Systems (Atlantis). She is the Chair of IEEE CIS Emerging Technologies Technical Committee and the Chair of IEEE CIS Subcommittee for Senior Members. She has delivered 25 keynote speeches at IEEE and other international conferences and chaired 15 international conferences. She has received the UTS Medal for Research and Teaching Integration (2010),UTS Medal for research excellence (2019), finalist of the Australian Eureka Prize for Advanced Data Science (2017, 2018), the Computer Journal Wilkes Award (2018), the IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems Outstanding Paper Award (2019), the Australian Most Innovative Engineer Award (2019) and other national and international awards.

Dr. Morgan received his Ph.D. from Carleton University and has taught in Carleton University and University of Regina. Dr. Morgan is focused on research related to Vehicular Ad-Hoc Networking VANET especially pertaining to 5.9 GHz DSRC and intelli Drive initiatives.,Dr. Morgan had been part of the IEEE 802.11 P standards group and the IEEE 1609.0/.1/.2/.3/.4/.5 groups as well. He authored and co-authored many research papers in addition to contributions to standards like 3GPP, IETF, IEEE, and IEEE-SA. Dr. Morgan is also an active member and reviewer in the VTC and the VTS societies that are focused on vehicular transportation systems and applications. The objective of Dr. Morgan research is to develop real-time effective and secure communications. He is also interested in modern and revolutionary architectures focused on nontraditional and obscure networks.
Dr. Wei Wei is an associate professor of School of Computer Science and Engineering，Xi'an University of Technology, Xi'an 710048, China. He is a senior member of IEEE, CCF. He received his Ph.D. and M.S. degrees from Xian Jiaotong University in 2011 and 2005, respectively. He ran many funded research projects as principal investigator and technical members. His research interest is in the area of wireless networks, wireless sensor networks Application, Image Processing, Mobile Computing, Distributed Computing, and Pervasive Computing, Internet of Things, Sensor Data Clouds, etc. He has published around one hundred research papers in international conferences and journals. He is an editorial board member of FGCS, IEEE Access, AHSWN, IEICE, KSII, etc. He is a TPC member of many conferences and regular reviewer of IEEE TPDS, TIP, TMC, TWC, JNCA and many other Elsevier journals.
Kadircan keskinbora studied medicine at Hacettepe University,Faculty of Medicine (Ankara/Turkey). He became an Ophthalmologist in 1987, an associate professor in 1999 and a professor in 2007.He became the founder dean of Medicine Faculty at Namik Kemal University (Tekirdag, Turkey). He concluded his second Ph.D. in “Deontology, History of Medicine and Medical Ethics” in 2006. He still is a professor at Bahcesehir University, Faculty of Medicine, Head of Department of History of Medicine and Ethics (Istanbul). He is a member of various national and international scientific or non-governmental organizations. Because of his studies on Avicenna (Ibn Sina), he was awarded the “International Avicenne Prize” in Paris/France in 2016. He has made speeches and presentations in quite many national and international conferences, scientific and informative meetings, radio and TV channels as a speaker, panelist or instructor. Many articles of Keskinbora have been published in various local and international periodicals.
He received the degree in civil engineering and the Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering from the “Mediterranea” University, Italy, in 1994 and 1999, respectively, and the degree in mathematics from the University of Messina in 2018. In 1995, he obtained the “Diplomed’EtudesApprofondites” in “Genie Electrique”, Laboratoired’Electrotecnique de Grenoble (LEG/ENSIEG), France. He is currently serving as Associate Professor of Electrotechnics and Scientific Director of the NDT/NDE Laboratory with the “Mediterranea” University. He is a member of the Italian Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics. He is also an IEEE Senior Member. He has authored or co-authored of over 180 works in international journals/conference proceedings and chapters of book in various ﬁelds. He is a member of the Editorial Boards of several international journals. He has received many awards in international conferences for the quality of his research.
Ridha HAMBLI is currently a Professor of Biomechanics at PRISME Lab in Polytechnic Institute of Orleans in France. He studied Mechanical engineering at Ecole Centrale de Nantes, France and he received his doctoral degree in 1996 from Ecole National Superieur des Arts et Metiers of Angers, France. Subsequently, he worked as a project manager in from Ecole National Superieur des Arts et Metiers for two years and than as associate professor at Institut des Sciences et Techniques d'Angers - France. In 2006, he moved to Polytechnic Institute of Orleans as a full professor where he was involved in teaching and research activities related to biomechanics and mechanobiology of bone. He is an author of about 200 refereed publications and abstracts in international scientific journals and conference proceedings. He organized several research events and symposiums in relation with his research activities and he acts as a reviewer in several international journals. He also acts as reviewer expert for several organizations in the field of biomechanics.

After working as a research associate at Daffodil International University for two years now he joined at RITE Solutions Ltd. as the Head of the R&D, Department of IoT for another Two years. Now, He is working as a Faculty and Project Manager (robotics) at Daffodil International University. He had participated Startup village-2018 at Russia with Pipe inspection robot (Pirate) and in April 2019, he successfully completed robotics teachers training program from UBTECH Robotics Corporation, Shenzhen, China. In November 2019, He had participated 3rd International Conference on Advanced Robotics, mechatronics, and Artificial Intelligent 2019, Tokyo, Japan. He served as president of GIS-Transfer Center Foundation (2001 –2014), which supports technology transfer(TT) and innovation.Nowadays, he is certified KAM and Senior Innovation Expert in GIS-Transfer Center. He is Coordinator of the Expert Council "Science, technology and innovation" to the mayor of Sofia since June 2012. He was responsible for preparation of the Innovation Strategy for Smart specialization of Sofia adopted in January 2016. He is the co-founder of start-up Microna Ltd. established to commercialize the IP generated under EC FP6 Project Hydromel. Microna has been awarded with of the Gold medal from the Autumn International Fair 2014 in Plovdiv for “Robot for in-vitro fertilization”. He has been awarded with the Prizes of Pythagorasin 2010 for his outstanding contribution to engineering science and in 2016 for outstanding contributions for exploitation & commercialization of research results, respectively; Golden Apple 2014 for exceptional achievements in knowledge and TT, the Inventor of the Year 2015 in Bulgaria. He was Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Education and Science (12.11.2014 – 30.03.2016), IPR manager in the Institute of Polymers-BAS (February 2013 – September 2015) responsible for exploitation of IP and research results, and scientific secretary and member of Governing Board of the BAS (4.11.2008-12.02.2013), responsible for the division of "Information and Communication Sciences and Technologies" and for the TT and innovation.
