Dr. Chaoqun Liu received both BS (1968) and MS (1981) from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China and PhD (1989) from University of Colorado at Denver, USA. He is currently the Tenured and Distinguished Professor and the Director of Center for Numerical Simulation and Modeling at University of Texas at Arlington, Arlington, Texas, USA. He has worked on high order direct numerical simulation (DNS) and large eddy simulation (LES) for flow transition and turbulence for almost 30 years since 1990. He was the Chairman of the First and Third AFOSR International Conference on DNS/LES. As PI, he has been awarded by NASA, US Air Force and US Navy with 50 federal research grants of over 5.7 million US dollars in the United States. He has published 14 professional books, 128 journal papers and 152 conference papers. He is the founder and major contributor of Liutex and the third generation of vortex definition and identification methods including the Omega, Liutex/Rortex, Modified Liutex-Omega, Liutex-Core-Line methods, RS vorticity decomposition and UTA R-NR decomposition, Principal Coordinate, and Principal Decomposition of velocity gradient tensor. He is the founder of new fluid kinematics.

Ephraim Suhir is on the faculty of the Portland State University, Portland, OR, USA, Technical University, Vienna, Austria and James Cook University, Queensland, Australia. He is also CEO of a Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) ERS Co. in Los Altos, CA, USA, is Foreign Full Member (Academician) of the National Academy of Engineering, Ukraine (he was born in that country); Life Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), the Society of Optical Engineers (SPIE), and the International Microelectronics and Packaging Society (IMAPS); Fellow of the American Physical Society (APS), the Institute of Physics (IoP), UK, and the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE); and Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA). Ephraim has authored about 500 publications (patents, technical papers, book chapters, books), presented numerous keynote and invited talks worldwide, and received many professional awards, including 1996 Bell Laboratories Distinguished Member of Technical Staff (DMTS) Award (for developing effective methods for predicting the reliability of complex structures used in AT&T and Lucent Technologies products), and 2004 ASME Worcester Read Warner Medal (for outstanding contributions to the permanent literature of engineering and laying the foundation of a new discipline "Structural Analysis of Electronic Systems"). Ephraim is the third "Russian American", after S. Timoshenko and I. Sikorsky, who received this prestigious award. Liang Zhao is a Professor at Shenyang Aerospace University, China. He received his Ph.D. degree from the School of Computing at Edinburgh Napier University in 2011. Before joining Shenyang Aerospace University, he worked as associate senior researcher in Hitachi (China) Research and Development Corporation from 2012 to 2014. His research interests include ITS, VANET, WMN and SDN. He has published more than 120 papers. He served as the Chair of several international conferences and workshops, including 2022 IEEE CIT (General Co-Chair), 2021 IEEE TrustCom (Program Co-Chair), 2020 IEEE IUCC (General Co-Chair), 2019 IEEE IUCC (Program Co-Chair), and 2018-2021 NGDN workshop (founder). Dr. Osman Adiguzel graduated from Department of Physics, Ankara University, Turkey in 1974 and received PhD-degree from Dicle University, Diyarbakir-Turkey. He studied at Surrey University, Guildford, UK, as a post doctoral research scientist in 1986-1987, and his studies focused on shape memory alloys. He worked as research assistant, 1975-80, at Dicle University and shifted to Firat University in 1980. He became professor in 1996, and he has been retired due to the age limit of 67; following academic life of 45 years. He published over 60 papers in international and national journals; He joined over 120 conferences and symposia in international and national level as Plenary Speaker, Keynote Speaker, Invited speaker, speaker or Poster presenter. He served the program chair or conference chair/co-chair in some of these activities. In particular, he joined in last even years (2014 - 2020) over 80 conferences as Speaker, Keynote Speaker and Conference Co-Chair organized by different companies in different countries. Adli Dimassi, Head of Modelling and Simulation at Faserinstitut Bremen e.V. Dr. Adli Dimassi obtained both Bachelor and Master degrees in Aerospace Engineering from the RWTH Aachen University. Afterward he obtained his PhD in 2019 from the University of Bremen (Department of Production Engineering), where he investigated the impact behavior of pin-reinforced foam core sandwich structures. Since 2020 Dr.Dimassi has been leading the department of modeling and simulation at Faserinstitut Bremen, where new methods and models are developed to optimise the manufacturing processes of composite materials and to increase the sustainability of aircraft structures. He has strong interest in the crashworthiness of aircrafts and the use of hydrogen in flying systems for a zero emission future.

Paul Grunow has completed his Ph.D at the age of 30 years from Technical University Berlin and Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin and postdoctoral studies from the COPPE/UFRJ in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Takachi is Professor at ITA (a Brazilian Air Force Institute) since 2009. During the MSc, Takachi developed computational codes to design and performance calculation of high performance axial-flow compressors including variable geometry and bleed to supply data for the gas turbine engine in-house code. He has experience with meanline and streamline curvature methods and its loss modelling. He developed also codes for axial and radial turbomachines couple with optimization tools, mainly involving academia and industry projects. Dr. Zhaolin Chen obtained both his MEng(Aerospace Engineering) in 2009 and his Ph.D(Aerodynamics) in 2014 from the University of Sheffield, UK. He started his carrier working as a Post-Doctoral Research Associate at the University of Sheffield after his Pd.D under Professor Ning Qin. He conducted research in the areas of low Reynolds number aerodynamics, investigating the dynamic structure evolution of a laminar separation bubble associated with aerodynamic characteristics at low Reynolds number. Konrad Wojtowicz is an assistant professor and researcher at the Faculty of Mechatronics, Armament, and Aerospace of the Military University of Technology, Warsaw, Poland, where he is currently serving as an Associate Dean for Students and International Affairs. Dr Surinder Singh joined SEAM at Swinburne University of Technology in April 2021 as a post-doctorate fellow. Currently, he is working on three SEAM projects in collaboration with five different industries in the areas of surface engineering and thermal spraying. He received his Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Ropar India (2019) in Mechanical Engineering. Based upon the quality of his research work, he was awarded with director’s fellowship during his Ph.D. Surinder has published 23 refereed journal articles. He is also an excellent volunteer reviewer of academic journals in the field of manufacturing, and surface coatings, and received an excellent reviewer reward from a top journal in his research area, the Journal of Thermal Spray Technology. Surinder has demonstrated a deep understanding of thick copper coatings deposited by cold spray and laser cladding technologies, which have potential applications in sectors related to public health (anti-corona surfaces), marine (anti-bio-fouling), energy (Tokamaks), and automotive components (exhaust system). Moreover, his research collaboration with General Electric (GE) India has uncovered the potential of cold spray technique for its use as an additive manufacturing technology. Surinder has also worked on designing life estimation methods for electric vehicle batteries incorporating Artificial Intelligence techniques.

Dr. Ehan Sabah Shukri is working as a lecturer at Middle Technical University (MTU), Baghdad. She was honored that she has been selected for lecturing at the University Technology Baghdad, Department of Mechanical Engineering after she got her Bachelor's Degree in 1984. Dr. Venugopal Arumuru is presently working as Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bhubaneswar, India. After obtaining his Ph.D.from IIT Bombay in 2014, he joined NUS Singapore as a research associate. He was with GE Measurement and Control India as a Lead Engineer for two years before joining IIT Bhubaneswar in 2016. He has been awarded Young Engineer awards, excellence in Ph.D. thesis award, and teaching excellence awards. His research group, "Applied Fluids Group", is engaged in applied and fundamental research in fluid-structure interaction, Structural Health Monitoring, unsteady aero-hydrodynamics, turbulence and flow control, electronics cooling, and fluid flow metrology. Juan José Encinas Cantaro, was born in Lima, Peru. He is a Mechatronic Engineer.
